Title: The influence of a movement intervention based on developmental kinesiology principles on female athletes in the 18+ category of sports aerobics. Objective: Determining the effectiveness of a 10week movement intervention based on core stabilization for correcting faulty posture and alleviating back pain in four elite sport aerobics competitors in the age category of 18 and above. Methods: Evaluation of body posture aspects in a static standing position, examination of trunk stabilization, Young Spine Questionnaire survey, and a 10week movement intervention utilizing exercises to strengthen trunk stabilization based on the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization concept enriched with a mobilizing exercise for the Sacroiliac joint. Qualitative research is chosen as the research strategy. Results: The 10week movement program based on strengthening trunk stabilization according to the DNS concept with an element of releasing the SI joint had a positive impact on reducing the frequency of back pain in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions of the spine by one degree in 3 out of 4 girls. The Effect of Zumba Fitness Program on the Physical Condition of a Primary School Student

The main objective of this thesis is to verify the impact of the Zumba fitness program on the overall physical condition of a primary school student. The theoretical part describes the Zumba characteristics focusing on skills, abilities, and physical condition development of a primary school child. In connection to the thesis objective, conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on detailed description of motoric tests and their usage at primary school. The practical part contains the results of primary-school-pupils testing, including evaluation and commentary; an example of an intervention programme; and a recommendation for physical education lessons. Title: Comprehensive approach to the treatment of osteoporosis Objectives: The main objective of this work is to evaluate the level of clients with osteoporosis based on the survey. Create and verify the compensation exercise program for clients with osteoporosis. Show changes in the subjective quality of life pursued by the resident due to the compensation program. Assess changes in the subjective evaluation of functional state of locomotive apparatus monitored clients due to motion compensation program. Methods: The work is conceived as a cross - sectional qualitative study on the frequency of positive change was used in the questionnaire and intervention program. The frequency of observed phenomena is presented in absolute numbers and percentages of change. Results: Based on the subjective assessment of clients with osteoporosis was due to the motion program to improve the functional state of locomotive apparatus thereby reducing painand quality of life. Title: African dance Objectives of work: The project aims to build methodological sequel of teaching african dance for fitness needs lessons for adults. Sample dance lesson will be elaborated, including the characteristics of elements and their gear, photographic and videodocumentation. Method: Based on the research of available literature sources was prepared theoretical foundations. Bachelor thesis is descriptive. Described dance steps and links have been consulted with a professional dancer Linda Fernandez Saez. From individual steps and dance links were created methodical series of African dance training, which was processed and presented to the sample lessons. Results: Processing of this work led to the formation of a sample of african dance lesson, both for dancers and ordinary public. Title: Common characteristics of calisthenics as a relatively new sport and gymnastics Purposes: Based on literary research and own experiences profile the penetration between gymnastics and calisthenics as a relatively new sport. Find out the views of trainers and racers in calisthenics on the use of gymnastics training for this new sport through the questionnaire survey and design a structured movement program for beginners using selected blocks of gymnastic motor-functional training. Methods: This diploma thesis is of non-experimental character. To obtain the necessary data were used methods of literature research, observation method and especially questionnaire method, which was applied to a group of 55 respondents. Data were processed in Excel into graphs. Results: The conclusions of the questionnaire survey were presented in the form of well-arranged graphs and testify about the interest of calisthenics trainers and competitors in gymnastic training. The proposed structured motion program is based on the conclusions of the literary research and own experience. It draws mainly on selected blocks from gymnastic motor- functional training and in each of the selected blocks are presented demonstration exercises with description and photo documentation. Title: Regime measures to affect overweight and obesity of elementary school children Goals: The main goal of this work is a formation of excersise program for elementary school children who have the diagnosis of overweight and obesity. The goal of this work is also to chart available information about children obesity and its treatment by physical activity. The information is from native and foreign literature which is obtained from scholarly publications or articles accessed from the internet databases. Methods: We have analyzed scholarly publications and compared opinions of authorities who deal with treatment of overweight and obesity by physical activity. Results: We have found out that physical activity has essential influence on health and body weight of and individual. It is very important so that physical activity becomes part of everyday regim of children. The execise program for one week is made for children, their parents and teachers. Title: The proposal of musculoskeletal program for beginners in fitness Objectives: The goal is to differentiate their policies from which should be based on and should respect the schedule of sports training beginners in fitness. To characterize the fitness as a movement and as a separate sport. Focus on beginners, the diversity of levels of musculoskeletal disposition, respectively, on the process of the adoption of a beginner after the introductory training units including a vision for the future. On the basis of the chosen criteria for drawing up the plan to propose a musculoskeletal sports training program for beginners in fitness. Methods: The work has exact character and is based on the literature search supported by information obtained by the method of observation. Its purpose is to collect and interpret information from available materials due to fitness, and then create a musculoskeletal program for a beginner. Results: The result of the work is the design of a structured program for beginners to increase physical fitness. Development of children's physical coordination at the summer camp and a stack of games suitable for that

Title: Stack of games for development of coordination abilities at summer camps Goal: The goal of this work is to create a stack of games, which are suitable for the development of coordination abilities in the environment of a summer camp. These games and the theoretical basis should provide an appropriate level of information needed for composing a game programme suitable for the development of coordination abilities. Methods: The theoretical part was created by conducting a literature review. Practical part - the stack of suitable games is based on literature review and personal experience. Result: Creating a stack of games suitable for coordination development within the programme of a summer camp. Conclusion: Thanks to the contribution of this work, a stack of games is created and a theoretical basis of coordination abilities development is summarized. It is a leaflet and inspiration for everyone who wants to work with kids at summer camps in the hopes of healthy movement development. The stack will also be published in periodicals determined for practical use on children's summer camps and therefore publicly available to everyone mentioned above. 1 Abstract Title: Movement programs to affect overweight and obesity in children Objectives: The aim of the work is to design an exercise programme to reduce the weight of overweight or obese children with varying current levels of exercise skills based on exercise history. Methods: The information, data and knowledge of the chosen issues were sought by researching the scientific literature of Czech and foreign publications, I obtained further information by studying selected professional articles, from internet sources, the PubMed website and other available publications, according to identified keywords in the title and text - for example, children, obesity, exercise activities, skills, etc. The criteria also included the authors' expertise on the subject. Another inclusion criterion was obesity, prevention and movement of children, while the exclusionary criterion was adult obesity. Results: On the basis of a literary research, I have prepared a proposal for an exercise program where physical skills have a clear influence on the implementation of physical activity. Title: Effects of the power yoga exercise program on selected parameters of postural stability in students of the Faculty of Science of the Charles University in Prague. Objectives: The aim of the study was to analyze the effects of the power yoga intervention program on selected parameters of postural stability and to identify potential differences between the experimental and the control groups. Methods: The three-month intervention program was implemented within Physical Education subject curriculum MS730C at the Department of Physical Education of the Faculty of Science of the Charles University in Prague. The research sample consisted of 80 students of the second year of the Faculty of Science, who were assigned by drawing lots into the experimental and the control groups. Changes of the selected parameters of postural stability were assessed before and after the three-month intervention program. Measurements of the postural stability level were performed using selected tests in the Laboratory of Sport Motor Skills of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of the Charles University in Prague.
